Can I change plans at any time?

Yes. You can upgrade your plan anytime. To downgrade your plan, the conditions of your domain should match the lower plan limits.

Does FormsBoard have any software requirements?

All users of FormsBoard have InfoPath 2007 with the latest service pack

All users of FormsBoard must have Internet Explorer version 7.0 or higher

All users must add https://www.formsboard.com/ to their Local Intranet security zone

InfoPath forms must not have security set to “full trust”

FormsViewer Quick View service: We provide documentation but no customer support. Customers should create simple views and mark them appropriately so that FormsViewer knows which ones they are.

Billing: For all paying users, we provide phone support during hours of 9am and 1pm PST for any billing questions

Detailing: For a flat fee ($49 or $149), we provide a forms analysis service.

Database Mapping: For an additional $19/month we will provide access and mapping updates for 1 database.

Setting up the database requires a flat fee. Depending on size of schema ($49, $89, or $149) we provide database mapping

• Small ($49): database and table creation and mapping for up to 20 fields
• Medium ($89): database and table creation and mapping for up to 40 fields
• Large ($149): database and table creation and mapping for up to 80 fields

Reporting: Excel reporting is available if a database mapping is set up. For additional views or custom reports, we charge a flat hourly rate of $75/hour
