How do I manage my document types?

As a domain owner/administrator, you can manage the document types in your domain. You can change your document types’ friendly names, descriptions, form templates and icons; enable/disable history; edit permissions and taxonomy.
There are four ways to get to the Edit Document Type page:
  1. My DomainsFrom Home > My Domains, you will see a list of the domains you administer. Select the domain you wish to manage and click Manage Domain under the Actions column. In this page, you will see the Manage Document Types link. This page shows a grid of all the document types in the domain you are managing. From here, you can select the document type to manage or delete.
  2. Manage DomainIf you wish to manage the document types in your domain, you can simply click on the Manage Domain link found on the top navigation of the main landing page. Here, you will see the Manage Document Types link.
  3. Edit DoctypeWhen viewing your document type forms page, you will see the Edit DocType link just below the Doctype icon.
  4. Return to Manage DoctypesClicking on the Return to Manage Doctypes link in the Edit Document Type page’s navigation pane will take you back to a page where you can select another document type to manage or delete.
